Most AI agent projects fail at the integration, not the model. An agent that cannot read your bookings, write to your CRM or hand cleanly to a human is a novelty. The interesting engineering is in the boring parts: state, retries, escalation and knowing when to stop.
We build for the handover as carefully as the conversation, because the moment an agent should stop talking and fetch a person is the moment that decides whether customers trust it.
Questions.
- Will it sound like a robot?
- Not if the voice work is done properly. We build custom voices from real recordings where the use case justifies it, and we tune for interruption handling and latency, which matter far more to how human a call feels than raw voice quality.
- What happens when the agent does not know something?
- It hands over. An agent that guesses is worse than no agent, so ours are built to escalate with the full transcript and context attached rather than improvise.
- Where does our data go?
- Into infrastructure you control, on UK or EU regions where the provider offers them. We will tell you exactly which third parties see what before anything is built.
- Can it work with the software we already use?
- That is usually the majority of the work. If your system has an API we integrate with it directly; if it does not, we will be straight with you about what is and is not possible.
