PadX / AI padel analytics, rebuilt end to end

The AI padel companion, rebuilt from the ground up.

PadX turns any AI-camera padel court into a personal performance analyst. Genius Digital Labs took over the product and rebuilt it end to end: a new backend, a re-engineered camera-to-app pipeline, a modern player app and a court-side kiosk app, relaunched on the App Store and Google Play on 25 July 2026 with the full analysis feature set live.

01 The story

Play as normal. Get the whole match back.

Padel vanished the moment you walked off court.

Padel is fast, physical and tactical, and until now most of it disappeared at the final point. At partner clubs fitted with AI camera systems, PadX records and analyses every rally and every shot automatically. No wearables, no phone propped on a fence, no manual input.

Players join a match with a court code, play, and open the app a few minutes later to a complete breakdown of how they moved and performed: serve and shot maps, shot DNA, momentum, highlights and a Player Score.

The result is an app that does what wearables and guesswork cannot. It shows you why you win points, where you lose control, and how your game is really shaped.

02 The build

Not a reskin. A rebuild, camera to pocket.

From fragile prototype to shipped product.

Genius Digital Labs did not reskin the old app. The rebuild covered the whole stack: a new backend, a re-engineered pipeline that turns raw AI-camera footage into clean per-shot data, and a modern player app built to feel instant in the hands of real players.

The studio also delivered a second, court-side product: a kiosk app that runs on venue tablets and generates the join codes and QR that connect players to their match. Two apps, one pipeline, shipped to both stores.

The whole loop runs on Genius Digital Labs' own infrastructure: camera to ingest to analysis to app, proven end to end before launch.

  • New API backend replacing the legacy third-party dependency
  • Camera-to-app pipeline re-engineered for per-shot data
  • Player app rebuilt for iOS and Android
  • Court-side kiosk app for venue tablets, live QR match joining
  • Full v3 analysis feature set shipped at relaunch

03 The features

Insight that changes how you play.

Minutes after full time, not days.

The relaunch brings PadX's full analysis layer to every player, drawn straight from the court cameras. Serve and shot maps show where points are won and leaked. Shot DNA turns tendencies and repeat behaviours into a plan rather than a guess. Match review carries result, momentum and every player's rating in one view, with the timeline of how the game actually swung.

A PadX Player Score tracks evolution over time, with calories and distance covered, plus club and global leaderboards to compete with purpose. AI-generated highlight clips capture winning points, and a courtside wave flags a moment worth keeping, ready to share to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.

The analysis

AI cameras turn a padel court into a personal coach.

04 Going onward

Launch is where the interesting part starts.

One studio, still on the tools.

Genius Digital Labs took PadX from a fragile prototype to a launched, dependable product, and continues as its sole development partner. The same system now powers live tournament graphics, venue kiosks and a growing set of partner clubs.

Because the studio owns the product, every number PadX publishes is measured on infrastructure we run ourselves.

Measured. App Store and Google Play listings, and the PadX processing pipeline, checked 26 July 2026.
